Moodboard Builder and Colours
The Moodboard Builder is an inspiration tool. Finish swatches are digital approximations and may differ from real materials, which vary with lighting, batch and natural characteristics. Selections made with the tool are not orders or quotes. Please review physical samples before making final decisions.
Consultations, Designs and Estimates
Consultations, design concepts, proposals and estimates are based on information available at the time and may change after inspection, final selections, product availability or the discovery of hidden conditions. All design and renovation work is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement will apply.
Scheduling and Site Conditions
Project schedules depend on permits, inspections, product delivery, weather and site conditions. Exterior work may need to be scheduled around Ohio's seasons. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Changes required by concealed conditions will be discussed and agreed in writing before work proceeds.
Financing, Warranties and Third Parties
Information about financing and warranty plans is general guidance only. Financing is provided by independent lenders and warranty plans by their providers, each under their own terms and approval processes. We do not guarantee approval, rates or coverage. Manufacturer warranties are provided by manufacturers, and any workmanship warranty we offer is set out in your written project agreement.
